Terms & Conditions: Camp Calling

By booking a spot at Camp Calling, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payments

You can reserve your spot in the following ways:

  • Pay in full at the time of booking, or

  • Choose our interest-free payment plan, which splits your total into interest-free equal monthly installments.

  • All spots are first-come, first-served. There are no room or ticket tiers; registration fee remains the same for all.

  • Your spot is secured once your booking is confirmed. Pricing may change over time, but will not affect existing bookings.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

a. No Cancellation Policy

All Camp Calling bookings are final and non-refundable.

If you are no longer able to attend, you are responsible for finding someone to take your place.

b. Transfers

  • You may transfer your spot to another guest with prior approval from the Camp Calling team

  • It is your responsibility to arrange the transfer, including any payment exchange between you and the new participant

  • Please notify us of any transfer at least 14 days before the retreat start date so we can update guest details accordingly

c. Cancellation by Camp Calling

In the unlikely event that Camp Calling must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (including safety concerns, weather, or logistical issues), you will have the option to:

  • Transfer your booking to a future retreat (with a bonus credit), or

  • Receive a full refund of all payments made

Please note: we are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred outside of the retreat booking.

3. Travel & Insurance

You are responsible for arranging your own transportation to and from Camp Calling.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, unexpected changes, and personal belongings.

4. Health, Safety & Responsibility

By attending Camp Calling, you acknowledge that:

  • You are in suitable physical and mental condition to participate in retreat activities (such as workshops, movement, outdoor experiences, sauna/hot tub use, etc.)

  • You understand that participation is voluntary and involves inherent risks

  • You take full responsibility for your well-being, personal belongings, and actions throughout the retreat

5. Assumption of Risk & Waiver

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with Camp Calling, including but not limited to injury, illness, loss, or damage.

You agree to release and hold harmless Camp Calling, its hosts, and collaborators from any claims or liabilities, except in cases of gross negligence.

This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
